Home Made Fondant

Hi guys, have you seen those professional cakes that are covered in fondant and thought wow they're so beautiful?
You can now make your own and it actually tastes good!

Fondant Recipie:
8 cups of mini marshmallows 
1/3 cup of water
2 pounds of powdered sugar

Intstructions:
Put the marshmallows and water in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute, and then stir.
Put the marshmallows back in the microwave for another minute stir until it looks soupy.
Add half of the powdered sugar and stir.
Place the other half of the sugar on a counter/table and pour the mixture on it.
You now need to knead it together until it is a little thicker then playdoh.
Viola you have made professional fondant.
If it's sticking to your hands, put butter on them, I did.
