The Lost Concerto

Hey guys!

So I know it's been awhile and I apologize for that! But I'm here today because I have received the book The Lost Concerto by Helaine Mario for free, in exchange for an honest review.

First off let me tell you, when I received this book I was a little intimidated as there were 92 chapters!

But much to my surprise I wish there were more!

I am in love with the format of this book and how the author uses the various parts of music to split it up. Such as:

And obviously most of the novel is in the part of Concerto.

This book is a thriller and suspense novel for sure:

The author uses great musical knowledge and brings forth a very sympathetic main character!

Other things to look forward to in the novel is: lots of drama, an adorable child, and a three legged golden retriever.

In the sense of literature you are looking at a whirlwind of captivating chases and action scenes all tied together with a mysterious yet mesmerizing romantic interest.

I love that the author uses such iconic musical references, and feel that it makes the book more enticing.

The writing was extremely well done and I feel that this novel could be studied for decades and still captivate the reader.

I highly recommend this novel to anyone, but music and art lovers will go the extra mile with appreciation!
